Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our B2B SaaS product offerings. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Design, QA, and Business Stakeholders—to ensure product initiatives are efficiently tracked, communicated, and delivered. You’ll leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Excel to maintain transparency into product progress and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

*Sprint Coordination & Tracking:
*Own the upkeep of Jira boards, creating and updating epics, user stories, and tasks to reflect current project status.
*Ensure all team members maintain accurate and timely task status updates, providing visibility into deliverables and dependencies.
*Reporting & Analysis:
*Regularly produce and present sprint outcome reports and release notes, highlighting successes, blockers, and opportunities for improvement.
*Utilize Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools to generate insights and dashboards that guide decision-making, improve predictability, and measure product performance.
*Stakeholder Communication:
*Maintain clear and organized documentation in Confluence and other knowledge repositories.
*Prepare concise presentations and updates in PowerPoint for internal stakeholders, keeping them informed about progress, risks, and next steps.
*Process Improvement:
*Continuously evaluate and refine agile processes to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance product quality.
*Proactively identify areas of improvement and support the implementation of best practices in project management, communication, and documentation.
*Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving:
*Assess issues as they arise and propose strategic recommendations to resolve conflicts, clarify requirements, or re-prioritize tasks.
*Collaborate with the team to validate hypotheses, refine product roadmaps, and align product capabilities with customer needs and market trends.

Technical Requirements

*Hands-on experience (academic or professional) working with Jira for task management and reporting.
*Basic proficiency with data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel) to generate meaningful insights.
*Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation tools for maintaining centralized information.
*Comfort using PowerPoint or similar presentation software for summarizing product updates and insights.

Preferred Qualifications

*Previous internship or project experience in product management, project coordination, or a related field.
*Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
*Strong analytical aptitude, including the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
*Exceptional communication and organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
