Our team is developing a cutting-edge surgical augmented reality tools which will provide real-time guidance to surgeons performing minimally invasive surgeries.
Our team has implemented a number of computer vision models (specifically instance segmentation models) to segment various landmarks of interest in specific surgeries. In this role, you will work with our team to develop models which will learn from temporal changes in the surgical video. This will introduce you to cutting edge Computer Vision techniques being applied in medical image analysis. You will also coordinate the image annotation process with physicians and curate data sets.
We believe in providing support and mentorship to interns. You will be paired with multiple mentors who will guide your research and make sure you are part of the team. We will also provide housing and a stipend during your three-month internship.
