Madhu Reddiboina is the Founder of RediMinds, Inc. A software engineering firm focused on creating the future with exponential technologies such as AI, AR/VR and Digital Engineering.
His clients include publicly traded fortune 500 companies from varying industries including Security & Protection Services, Healthcare, MedTech, Automotive Manufacturing, Retail Banking and Financial Services. He currently serves on the Board of MPRO a Healthcare quality improvement organization (QIO).
Mr. Reddiboina is an active AI researcher, speaker, and an author of many scientific publications. He has patents pending on applications of image processing, computer vision and 3D reconstruction technologies. He is also a National Science Foundation (NSF) small business innovation research (SBIR/STTR) grantee.
Prior to founding RediMinds, Reddiboina served as a Senior Director at Ford Direct, where he led multiple big data initiatives to enable cross channel digital marketing that led to 300% growth in three years.
Previously, as a management consultant at Deloitte, Madhu led several strategic and transformational initiatives supporting CXOs with enterprise top line and bottom line whose clients include Borders group, State of PA, State of TX, CVS, and Ford Motor Company.
Reddiboina holds a MS in computer engineering and a Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
Mahendra Bhandari

Mahendra Bhandari is an internationally-recognized academic Urologist and kidney transplant surgeon. Besides his own specialty, he has made substantial contributions in the application of information technology to the healthcare domain. He was the Founder and Vice Chancellor of MedVarsity, India’s first Virtual Medical University established by the Apollo Hospital Group in India in the year 2000.
Dr. Bhandari was awarded his MBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He also is a graduate of Biostatistics from the Harvard University Extension School. With his in-depth knowledge of handling several large databases and data registries, coupled with a strong background in Biostatistics, he is one of the few healthcare experts adept at Artificial Intelligence applications related to healthcare.
He also served as the President of the Urological Society of India, Indian Society of Organ Transplantation, and the Asian Society of Transplantation. He founded the prestigious Indian Journal of Urology and was the first editor from 1984-1994. Dr. Bhandari was awarded the prestigious Dr. B.C. Roy award in 1996, and the Padma Shri by the government of India in 2000. Over the past decade, he has been deeply involved in robotic surgery, surgical innovation and the wider dissemination of newer surgical modalities, all part of his personal quest to improve patient outcomes.
Matthew Ducsik

Matthew Ducsik, M.P.H. serves as the Vice President of Clinical Institutes for the Providence health system. In this role, he provides executive leadership of cardiovascular, oncology, digestive health, women and children, and neuroscience strategic initiatives across a multi-state integrated health system, representing over $10B in net service revenue and five million patient visits annually. This includes creating integrated networks of specialty care across the Providence footprint and within targeted markets, development of enterprise Integrated Strategic and Financial Plans (ISFP), and the formation of strategic partnerships to improve the health of our communities.
Matt is a national speaker on implementing strategies for population health, value-based care, and quality improvement at scale. He has presented at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the Health Financial Management Association, The Health Management Academy, and has been a frequent guest on panels and podcasts for Becker’s Hospital Review. Matt also hosts a national podcast, Heart Matters, with the goal to provide information and education around cardiovascular disease.
In addition to his work in clinical institutes, Matt served in behavioral health, foster child advocacy, and health information technology roles. He currently sits on the strategic advisory board for Portland State University School of Public Health, Health Management & Policy program. Matt currently lives in Portland, OR with his wife Judy. Together, they have five amazing children.

Previously, he was the President of St Joseph Mercy Health Ann Arbor & Livingston and St. John Hospital. He was also the CEO of Providence health and services, Christus and Christus Health. Prior to that, he had senior roles in Lovelace and Henry Ford Health Systems.
He earned his MHSA, School of Public Health, at the University of Michigan. He is also doing volunteer work as a chair of the board (of directors) for universities and colleges involved in the healthcare niche.

Jerry leads Greenway’s Online Security Practice which specializes in security architecture, data analytics, fraud prevention, fraud control testing, and project management.
Jerry’s professional career started in 1986 with American Management Systems (AMS). Jerry held multiple leadership positions at AMS including creation of their web application development group.
In 1999 Jerry started his first company, Vicious Systems, which specialized in connecting mainframe applications to the web, designing web sites and creating interactive marketing campaigns. He has also led the creation of the Fraud Red Team in 2010, and the EFTGuard (in conjunction with AIG Insurance and Royal Group Services) in 2012.

Patrick has over 18 years of consulting experience with Fortune 500™ companies spanning the financial services, travel, and telecommunications industries. He is also a co-founder at Fraud Red Team, an external testing service that helps banks identify and fix gaps in their fraud prevention policies, procedures and training.
Prior to Greenway Solutions, Patrick was a partner at Vicious Systems where he led their Interactive CRM and Web Marketing practice. He helped oversee and drive the firm’s rapid revenue growth, strategic positioning and eventual sale to a private equity group.
Patrick also holds a BS and MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Shunji Nagai

Shunji Nagai, MD, PhD, is the Surgical Director of Intestinal Rehabilitation & Transplantation Program, a Director of Surgical Research, Transplant Surgery, and a Senior Staff Surgeon at the Division of Transplant and Hepatobiliary Surgery at the Henry Ford Hospital.
Dr. Nagai is a general surgeon in Detroit, Michigan and has been in practice for two decades. He received his medical degree from Nagoya University, School of Medicine. He is also certified by the American Society of Transplant Surgeons for liver, kidney, pancreas and intestine transplant.
He has contributed to various researches about liver and intestinal transplantation. In 2014, Dr. Nagai was awarded the Vanguard Prize for his work by the American Society of Transplant Surgeons.
Abilash Pandaya

Abhilash Pandya, PhD, is currently an Associate Professor and Undergraduate Program Director at the Electrical and Computer Engineering department of Wayne State University. He has joint appointments in the departments of Bioengineering and Surgery. He also directs the Computer Assisted Robot Enhances Systems (CARES) Lab.
He has also worked at NASA Johnson Space Center’s Graphics Research and Analysis Facility, Remote Operator Interaction Laboratory (ROIL), and Antropometrics and Biomechanics Laboratory – under various Lockheed Martin contracts for NASA’s Flight Crew Support Division. He was involved primarily in Space Station Robotics, Astronaut suit simulation, and the development of software for a fully-immersed, human-model-based Virtual Reality system for Space Station applications.
For 15 years, Dr. Pandya focused his research on medical robotics, Raman for cancer detection, and robotics applications for space and the military. He has worked for Virogen Inc. in developing solutions for robotics-based AIDS blood testing systems from 1986 to 1988.
Quoc-Dien Trinh

Quoc-Dien Trinh, MD FACS, is the Co-Director of the Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Prostate Cancer Center. Dr. Trinh is the Director of Ambulatory Clinical Operations at the Division of Urological Surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. He is also an Associate Professor of Surgery at the Harvard Medical School.
His research focuses solely on cancer care, and is funded by the Vattikuti Urology Institute, the Prostate Cancer Foundation,
the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, and the National Institutes of Health. His works include over 400 peer-reviewed book chapters, articles and videos.
Dr. Trinh received his medical degree from the Université de Montréal in Montreal, Canada. Currently, he is the Associate Editor for health services research at the British Journal of Urology (BJU) International and Assistant Online Content Editor for the Journal of Urology.
Ryan Seltzer
PhD
Ryan Seltzer, PhD, is the Chief Scientist at Translational Analytics and Statistics, and a Senior Associate Editor of the journal, Tobacco Regulatory Science. With a background in statistics and research methodology, Dr. Seltzer conducts medical research in urology and public health research in tobacco cessation. Currently, he leverages AI to create predictive models for optimizing outcomes in healthcare. Wrapping these models in interactive software, he designs applications for patients and providers to bring these findings into practice.
Dr. Seltzer has authored numerous peer reviewed publications and regularly presents his research at national and international conferences. He has won the Olympus Best Innovative Paper Award at the 2019 World Congress of Endourology.
Previously, Dr. Seltzer conducted public health research at the Mayo Clinic, has directed the Research and Program Evaluation unit at the Arizona Smokers’ Helpline, and has worked in biostatistics and business intelligence in healthcare and business organizations. Prior to wo rking in statistics, Dr. Seltzer conducted research in primatology and ecology.
Rajesh Ahlawat

Dr. Rajesh Ahlawat is currently Group Chairman of the Institute of Urology and Robotic Surgery at Medanta, the Medicity in the National Capital Region of Delhi, India. He is an accomplished Endourologist, Laparoscopic, and Robotic surgeon. He has been invited to workshops around the world for live demonstration of complex Robotic and laparoscopic surgeries like partial nephrectomy, radical prostatectomy and renal transplantation.
He has also pioneered the world’s first Robotic Kidney Transplant with regional Hypothermia technique in collaboration with Professor Mani Menon at Vattikuti Urology Institute, Detroit.
He is a recipient of the 2016 President’s Gold Medal by USI. Dr. Ahlawat has also served on the Board of Directors of Endourology Society. He was honored with the title of Honorary Lecturer by the University College London Hospitals, U.K. in 1995 during his stint at the Institute of Urology and Nephrology. He was awarded Best Reviewer for 2013 by the Indian Journal of Urology.
Ajay Sharma

Ajay Sharma is currently the Director of Core Surgical Training, Northwest of England. He is also a Consultant Surgeon at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, and a consultant in Emergency Surgery at the Arrowe Park Hospital. He is also the Regional Advisor for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons at RCS Glasgow.
At the age of 15, Sharma joined Meerut University (UP, India) and passed B.Sc. (Honours in Chemistry) two years later. In 1985, he completed his medical graduation training at the leading medical school in India, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.
Sharma had his post graduate degree at the Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh (PGI). He then worked as a Locum Consultant Transplant Surgeon at Royal Liverpool University Hospital. His specialties include transplant, vascular access, laparoscopic nephrectomy for donors and for polycystic kidneys, laparoscopic repair of hernia.
Luke Reisner

Luke Reisner, PhD, is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in Electrical & Computer Engineering, and a Part-time Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at Wayne State University. He had his computer engineering degrees from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
Dr. Reisner is passionate about developing new technologies in robotics and disease detection, and bringing them to the real world. He specializes in Raman spectroscopy and medical visualization. He also teaches and directs student research in electrical & computer engineering, programming, and other related areas.
Previously, he worked as a software engineer and consultant. He has a US patent for “Intelligent Autonomous Camera Control for Robotics with Medical, Military, and Space Applications”. (2016)

Dr. Gautam Ram Choudhary, MCh Urology (PGIMER Chandigarh), has vast experience in the areas of Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery, Uro-Oncology, Reconstructive Urology, and Endourology. He had his international fellowship with the Henry Ford Hospital, Vattikuti Urology and Robotic Institute, and Wake Forest Medical School.
He is also affiliated with prestigious medical societies such as the American Urological Association, European Urology, Urological Society of India, and North Zone Urological Society of India. Other than having contributed to numerous scientific literature in his field, he has also presented in conferences, locally and abroad.
Currently, Dr. Gautam is an Associate Professor, in the Department of Urology, at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Jodhpur.
Arpit Agarwal

He is also part of the team who pioneered and popularized minimally-invasive Robotic surgical technique of kidney transplantation all around the world.
Dr. Zafar is a renowned expert in the management of male health-related issues. His experience at Cleveland Clinic, Florida in Men’s Health has helped him manage male sexual problems and infertility at Medanta through a sensitive, scientific and protocol-based approach. He’s also skilled in microsurgical procedures for infertility (VEA, varicocele surgery), Peyronie’s disease and reconstructive procedures for sexual dysfunction (penile prosthesis).
He has streamlined the Penile Rehabilitation Program for recovery of sexual function in Prostate cancer patients who have undergone Robotic Radical Prostatectomy. Currently, he is an Associate Director for Renal Transplant Surgery and Male Health.
